Candles can be heavy & require a large box for transportation so price of postage reflects the weight and size of the parcel.

Lead times are 3-5 days UK, 5-10 days Europe, 2-3 weeks Worldwide.

Once we've shipped , we always try to include your email on the courier information so you receive tracking information directly. 
After 3 times failed delivery attempts, your parcel will returned to us  and we would need  payment for postage again to re-sent this to you.
Failing that , we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address.

Our items are packaged securely and safely, and we try  to ensure as much of it is eco-friendly, bio-degradable and recyclable. 
Sometimes however, candles can break during shipping. If this happens, we will get a replacement to you ASAP.

RETURNS POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and want to return your items. 

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days  of receiving your order.

Please ensure goods are returned intact, in the same condition you received them in, in their original packaging, un-used, and with any product tags still attached.

Parcels must be returned  at your own cost and for your own security we recommend you obtain proof of postage and suitable insurance cover and tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged  goods in transit.

Once your returned goods have been received, we will process your return minus shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of its condition.

 

 

CANDLE BURNING TIPS:
•To get the most out of your candle please make the first burn until the surface melts to ensure it does not tunnel. Although some like this look it will affect the wick and make keeping it alight difficult.
•Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting to prevent soot and help the candle burn efficiently.
•We have rigorously tested all of our candles however each candle’s burning experience may vary. Always keep your candle centred and straight to have the best burning experience.
•To put out the candle we recommend the use of a snuffer tool. Once extinguished, trim ready for next use.
CANDLE SAFETY:
•Keep the wax pool clear.
•Place on a heat resistant surface away from flammable items or anything that can be blown into the flame such as curtains.
•Do not light the candle on a tablecloth as there is a risk it may catch fire.
•Never leave a burning candle unattended.
•Place out of reach of children and pets.
•Maintain a safe clearance of 30cm or more above a flame if on a shelf.
•No waste candles! Use the leftover wax in a wax burner to use 100% of your candle.
Most of all we hope you enjoy our candles, we have worked hard creating and testing every candle to ensure they will burn safely, efficiently & beautifully.
